Austin called us 3 days in a row to confirm appointment including the day of. We showed up after driving over an hour away with a toddler and he had SOLD the car before we arrived. He didn’t have the decency to call us as a courtesy. He also wouldn’t man up to tell us and sent James down as his messenger to tell us the bad news. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Thankfully another dealer got our business the next day who kept their word and actually held the vehicle for us unlike Austin. Oh, and the other dealer was also for a used car just like our was with Austin so you can’t use that as an excuse. More
