For 44 years, I have worked in the auto industry, and witnessed many changes over time, but my dedication to excellent customer service has remained the same. Being in the automotive business for this long has brought about nearly every situation and broadened my knowledge of the automotive industry. As a manager at Jerry Haggerty, I am always available to consult and offer training to my colleagues, doing whatever is necessary to help our dealership run smoothly. I've raised my family in this community and love helping the people I've met along the way. I attended Western Illinois University. In my spare time, I volunteer for youth athletics in Wheaton. As always Jerry Haggerty Chevrolet exceeded our expectations for service. In the past we rarely would bring our vehicles to a dealership for work. For the last couple of years we have been bringing expectations for service. In the past we rarely would bring our vehicles to a dealership for work. For the last couple of years we have been bringing all our vehicles to Haggerty and we won't go anywhere else. Matt Rotunno is amazing. He is always happy, honest and listening. I never felt rushed to get me out the door. He listened to all my concerns and called to follow up on them. I don't expect that level of customer service especially at a service center but they are consistently exceeding our expectations. Also the repairs have always been fixed the first time and we are charged a fair price. Matt makes is clear what they did. I rarely write reviews but everyone needs to know about your service! More
