Car buying can be such a stressful experience, but Kayser Ford really made the process very easy (and it didn't hurt they had the specific car I wanted!). James, who I worked with, was incredibly friendly, patient and very knowledgeable. They explained everything very clearly so signing the paperwork and getting all the financing done was a breeze too!
