I bought my car in July 2024 and I'm still waiting for them to fix side mirrors as promised and fix TPMS light that came on with in 10 mins of sale! I understand part had to be ordered but really? As far of sales our person great. 1st one not great but repair on car poor part is in a week ago but no loaner car yet at a dealership? This has put me from a positive experience to moving to negative one. I will say my sales person is still doing a great job..My car is not getting worst and needs attention. The other issue there is no info on the oil change on the car so I have no idea when or what is being used in the vehicle. I would like your feedback on this survey. Now that it is cold out the driver seat does not get hot. Let's get back to your salesman I was trying to talk to a person at dealership and got no response from him. When we finally got to get a person it was Jim who help us and again still helping. You should have your sale people model after him. More
