As far of sales our person great. 1st one not great but repair on car poor part is in a week ago but no loaner car yet at a dealership? This has put me from a positive experience to m 1st one not great but repair on car poor part is in a week ago but no loaner car yet at a dealership? This has put me from a positive experience to moving to negative one. I will say my sales person is still doing a great job..My car is not getting worst and needs attention. The other issue there is no info on the oil change on the car so I have no idea when or what is being used in the vehicle. I would like your feedback on this survey. Now that it is cold out the driver seat does not get hot. Let's get back to your salesman I was trying to talk to a person at dealership and got no response from him. When we finally got to get a person it was Jim who help us and again still helping. You should have your sale people model after him. More
