We went in to Crown Buick to purchase a car and James Kennedy was the best salesman we have ever encountered in all our years of dealing with buying a car. James met our expectations because he did not hassle nor pressure us. He met us where we were financially and offered the best advise. He was personable and friendly. It didn't feel like the typical negative car buying experience, but instead felt like we were dealing with a friend and someone who cared about putting us in the best car possible. Salesman was not very knowledgeable and gave incorrect information about my vehicle during the sales process then for weeks after have been difficult to get in contact with and claimed that they were look information about my vehicle during the sales process then for weeks after have been difficult to get in contact with and claimed that they were looking into the solution and only offered a solution that would void my vehicle warranty. After several weeks with no resolution I escalated the issue to the sales manager but they are now claiming that too much time has passed and saying that I should have verified the information the salesman gave (essentially telling me that the issue is on me for believing the salesman). More
