My impression was still pretty good: Jim offered to let me use a courtesy car to grab lunch and kept me updated as to the progress. The Dunkin donuts in the waiting area kept calling my name but I only had one. My poor self control wasn't KR's problem!!! Also, while Jim was my primary point of contact, the rest of the folks in the service department were very courteous and helpful. Honestly it almost wasn't normal!!! (As though KRM moved to Stepford - or maybe I got sent back to 1950.) More

Had a great experience with their Service dept. . I like how they provide a video to show you what needs to be done and with their recommendations. The waiting room is also really good! .
