I always shop Luther family Ford for my vehicles and whenever I need to get my car serviced. I’ve had good luck with all my appointments except one and they made good on it. Really good on it. The person that did my oil change that one time didn’t tighten something so oil was leaking in my garage in my daughters driveway when I go to her home and on the carpet rug that I had in my garage And the service department came out and cleaned up my garage. The carpet that was in my garage and they even went to my daughters house and got the stain out of her driveway. I tell you what that is the best xxxx service I’ve ever gotten from anyone and I will always Always praise my Luther family Ford service center you guys rock and if you don’t you fix it but it’s very rare very rare that you don’t. Thank you for all you do. More

Upon arrival to pick up vehicle I was told “we drove it around and we didn’t hear nothing wrong with it so it’s probably fine.” No inspection of the vehicle was done. Anna Hawkins was extremely helpful! Apparently the other males in the service center couldn't be of service as they waited till she was available and passed me off to her. The other person with me stated how smart it is of Luther Family Ford to have Anna in the position she is in as she delivers awesome customer service. Your service department would be severely lacking without her. All the males were very stand off-ish, it was an issue for them to help temporarily (hook up code reader) until Anna was available (she was busy with customer on the phone, running to find tech people, etc). I have nothing but the best to say of Anna Hawkins. You might want to have her teach the others what customer service looks like! Thank you Anna!!! You were a Godsend when I was stranded in Fargo!
