James sold me a Kia Rio about a year ago. After I signed everything, he told me that if give him "all tens" in the post-sale survey, he would arrange for me to get a free oil change. Not entirely ethical, but a free oil change is a nice perk, so I gave him the tens he asked for. Before I signed, there were some reasons for us to email back and forth. Once the sale was complete, however, he has ignored every single email I've sent. Needless to say, he got the tens he asked for and I'm left to wonder if he ever intended to hold up his end of the bargain. Since he's been ignoring me, I chatted with someone else at the dealership and she said she'll ask the service department to address the free oil change issue and she'll have them contact me by email. They never did. One star for James; one star for Kia of Cherry Hill. Take your money elsewhere! More
