NEVER got a call back - claimed a message was left-no message -NOTHING was done and still months later no call from Subaru Pacific I will never use them again - And will be calling the BBB and what ever other agency to report this. Average personnel, but the phone service needs improvement. There was a net work problem, and no one could give a simple alternative to get us through the fix. improvement. There was a net work problem, and no one could give a simple alternative to get us through the fix. More

Will never buy a car from this dealership again. I bought my first 'certified' used car here and the salesperson was so nice while showing me the cars. As soon as you sign the paperwork, you're luck I bought my first 'certified' used car here and the salesperson was so nice while showing me the cars. As soon as you sign the paperwork, you're lucky if you get them to respond again. I was able to get them to do minor things, like touch-up paint on some dings. But the tires, he lied to me and said they'd last another 30,000 miles. They only lasted another 10,000 miles. I would have factored that into my (lower) offer when negotiating. This dealership doesn't even have voicemail for all of their employees, and even when they do, they take their time calling back. I wrote a letter to the owner and never got a response. Terrible customer service. Still like Subarus, not digging the slimy used car dealer experience at this dealership. More

The best service staff I have ever encountered! They dropped everything to take our car in on an emergency, and had it ready the same day, even though we were driving through from out of town! Purchased a used car 90 days ago still haven't received the license plate and current registration!!! Been trying to resolve the issue the past month getting worried because the temporary registration is the license plate and current registration!!! Been trying to resolve the issue the past month getting worried because the temporary registration is about to expire. Been leaving voicemails to Linda Colon their DMV clerk and Tony Lunt their Pre-owned Car Manager with no response. Tried to get in touch with James Hartzberg their General Manager by leaving voicemails and sending emails with no response as well. Until finally today got a reply from him and Linda Colon stating that they are still processing the paperworks. According Linda since the temporary license has already expired they are no longer issuing temp extensions but vehicle can still be operated with DMV receipt of fees posted. She said the original will be sent over night. This is totally unacceptable this should have been done long ago. Will keep everyone posted until this issue is finally RESOLVED hopefully by receiving the license plate and current registration in a timely matter. Reading thru the previous post this not the first time this dealership had similar issues. More

Cannot even fully explain all the shenanigans this dealership engages in. Went in for routine 30,000-mile service on my 2017 Subaru -- that alone, with no repairs, was nearly $1,000. While waiting in dealership engages in. Went in for routine 30,000-mile service on my 2017 Subaru -- that alone, with no repairs, was nearly $1,000. While waiting in showroom, a sales guy texts me if I want to trade in my car that day for a new one. I have little interest, and tell him that besides all the previous probllems I've had with this Subaru, the $1,000 service bill isn't putting me in a good mood. He tells me we can wipe out that service bill and make a deal on a new car. We then haggle -- yeah, haggle, like it's the 1990s -- on a price. It's pretty unseemly. I finally agree to the deal, largely because I want to start with a clean slate and a new car (figuring I just had bad luck with the 2017 one). The new car I'm buying, I'm told, won't be delivered for a couple weeks. Fine. Then the salesman tells me my current car is ready and instructs me to go to front desk to pay. TO PAY? He had told me I wouldn't be paying for service if I bought a new car. He counters that, well, it looked like we weren;t gonna close the deal, so they went ahead and serviced old car. Huh? So? He had told me no service charge if I was trading car in. WHY WOULD I PAY FOR SERVICE FOR A CAR I NO LONGER WILL OWN? This was insane. He said there was nothing he could do about it. Not to mention the service they performed was something they'd be doing anyway to prep the car for sale. Besides the fact that he lied to me, again I ask -- why would someone pay for service for a car the dealer was buying? I don't have the energy at the moment to detail the other unacceptable actions of dealing with everyone that day at Subaru Pacific. Buyer beware? No -- buyer should just AVOID. More
