Stopped into Spitzer Honda by recommendation from a friend who had purchased three cars with them. Sara Mauser came highly recommended and she did not disappoint during this visit. I was a little anxio friend who had purchased three cars with them. Sara Mauser came highly recommended and she did not disappoint during this visit. I was a little anxious when I found out that Sara had been promoted but that anxiety soon subsided when she introduced my son and I to James Harris. Sara remained very involved in our deal while allowing James space and most importantly time to make sure that we found the perfect vehicle for our family. James was patient as he explained each feature and it felt as if he genuinely cared about us, not just the sale. While waiting for finance, James gave us a tour of the dealership and introduced us to Mark Helmick, the service manager. Mark cracked a few jokes and really made me feel comfortable with the idea of sending my son in for service on his own. I will be referring Spitzer Honda to all of my family, friends and coworkers.
