When my service was completed, I drove home and realized that the service tech did not fully finish putting my protective plates back how he found them and they were hanging down and scraping the ground. I was very disappointed. Ford decided they were going to conduct a state inspection on my vehicle without asking me. And I was charged a fee for it failing.
