The associate, James, who assisted me in choosing the
right service package was very courteous, pleasant and extremely helpful. He was able to look up the Recalls on my car, and explained which one coul

He was able to look up the Recalls on my car, and explained which one could be scheduled, and he assisted me in getting an appointment to have the Recall service done. (I was previously told on the phone that I would need to call back because the parts had not come in). James assured it could be done.
James is an excellent Ford associate who is very knowledeable of what is needed on my vehicle(s) and makes sure my vehicle is running safely. In closing James goes over completely what was done and the outcome of the service on my car, and if needed any future services due to issues (which all was good with no issues).
