Visited the dealership and met James Frank My wife wanted to down size from her Sienna and found a smaller used SUV that was what she was looking for. Visited the dealership and met James Franks who I had talked to on the phone about the vehicle. He had the vehicle in front of the office ready to look at and took for a short drive. Liked the vehicle but told James it was my wife's decision and I needed for her to see it and drive it. James work the deal with the manager for the trade and purchase. When my wife saw it and drove it there was no need for further negotiating and we bought it. It was a great buy. More
