James Franks is so patient and helpful - never pushy It is a hard thing - to buy a vehicle. Most of us do not purchase a car but once every 3 to 5 years, some longer. It's no wonder we feel uncertain about whether we are getting a good deal or being taken advantage of. With James, I always felt my best interests were considered. He went to great lengths to offer me multiple options and explain the benefits of all. It took me several days to decide to buy. James never pushed me to make a decision. Ultimately, that's how i knew I was working with the best and could trust my purchase with him and Jeff Hunter Toyota. I am so happy and satisfied with my new car! More
