At Volvo of Winston Salem online and a week later we brought home our new car. Salem was unbelievably accommodating in answering all questions over the phone or via text. She made us feel as if we were her most important customer from start to finish. She was 1 and 1/2 hours away but earned our business merely on her diligence and attention to our needs. Once at the dealership, I was just as impressed. The staff was fantastic and worked together seamlessly. William spent hours We me teaching me the ins and outs of our new vehicle. He gave me the specifics of the vehicle and sent photos. We were able to come to terms the next day. The staff was welcoming when we arrived to test drive the vehicle and the vehicle was exactly as Thomas described it was through our phone conversations. All my purchases, beginning in 2005 through 2017, have been a positive experience, but the most recent was the best ever! Thomas Wells is an excellent sales person. He is extremely knowledgeable about the Volvo product. His demeanor is wonderful, not a pushy sales person, but he did reach out to us with ideas and information to make the sale happen. He was always very attentive and responsive when I had questions. The care and thoughtfulness he exhibited to us during and after the purchase experience was top notch. James Fordham was great to deal with and prepared all of the finance information correctly and accurately prior to our arrival. And Darla Satter was (and always has been) a pleasure to work with. For me, Volvo is my brand of choice and Volvo Cars Winston Salem is my dealership of choice. Period. More

It is apparent why they are #1 in customer service as I arrived at 7:45pm which was 15 minutes prior to closing. I was assured that someone would be with me shortly. Please note that my super salesman Kyle did a great job with sharing information about the vehicle and he was willing to stay late to take me on a test drive. I am pleased to say I became a member of the Volvo family and it was a team effort as I was in contact with several members of their team including the owners of the establishment. Since my purchase I've had follow up calls to ensure that i was satisfied with my purchase and to answer any question that i might have. It is without reservation that I recommend this dealership as they are great to work with, the finance department was impressive, and they have a product that is outstanding.
