Dropped car for annual Service and software update. Waited until it was done. When we drove away, immediately several warning lights were flashing and had to turn around and come back. Super frustratin Waited until it was done. When we drove away, immediately several warning lights were flashing and had to turn around and come back. Super frustrating. A week went by with no communication until they called and said it was ready. We appreciated the loaner, but from a customer service perspective a call mid week to connect would have been appropriate. Also, the service rep blames “Volvo” on the update problem. Seem odd when you’re Volvo. Love the car tho More

The dealership was clean, and the service department staff were friendly and polite. They serviced my car quickly and everything was low pressure. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was the cost staff were friendly and polite. They serviced my car quickly and everything was low pressure. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was the cost of replacing the main and service batteries which came to over $1,000 (and that was with a 10% off coupon). More
