My sales person was amazing, but the overall experience was a little disappointing. I bought a 30 thousand dollar used truck and was unhappy with the cleanliness of the vehicle. I waited to take delivery of the vehicle till the next day. I was told that my truck was being detailed. When I picked it up the next day. The truck was even worse then the last time I saw it. I showed the manager and was told that He was very sorry. The management was very disappointed in their service department and made it very clear that they were working on replacing the staff they had on. That's all great and everything but I was a casualty in the mix. I still have issues with the car but I'm working on them privately. There are a lot of dealerships and there and no excuse for poor customer service. Buy at your own risk. More
