My experience with this sales representative was extremely disappointing. Not only were they unhelpful throughout the buying process, but they also failed to disclose a serious safety issue with the extremely disappointing. The car was sold to me with brakes and rotors at 2mm — well below a safe level — and they made no effort to assist me or address the problem when I brought it up. This kind of neglect is unacceptable, especially when it concerns customer safety. It felt like they were more focused on making the sale than providing honest, reliable service. I would not recommend working with this salesperson to anyone. More
