James was straight forward with me and respectful of my time. He didn't play any games with me and made my time at the dealership as short as he could. I respect people who work hard and are honest. James was great. When I had a question about who my Finance was with he got back to me quickly. When I called and told him I haven't been contacted about setting a ti When I had a question about who my Finance was with he got back to me quickly. When I called and told him I haven't been contacted about setting a time for my tint. He told me he would check into it and call me back, thinking it would be awhile until he did, I got a call back within 15 min. He called me back with the service manager on the phone setting my time to come in for tint. Being in the service industry, I know great and above and beyond service when I see it. With James I truly felt he cared after the he sold me the Sentra. It is more rare to get service after the completion of the transaction. I will recommend James to my staff, friends and family.
