During the sales process I felt that James did an excellent job of working with me and for me to get the best deal possible on my vehicle. James took care of everything, I purchased the car sight unseen, the delivery to Los Angeles was flawless and the car (If you can call a Ferrari F-430 just a "car") was amazing. I felt that by getting outside of Los Angeles I was able to save more than $10,000.00 on any similar vehicles. Ferrari's are not your daddy's Ford. Where you buy and how you buy makes a big difference when it comes time to flip it for the next toy. James Chou at Ferrari of San Francisco knows how to take care of his clients. Before the sale, during the sale, after the sale. When it comes time to order a 458 Spider (when they make one), I will go out of my way to buy from this dealership. Great friendly staff. Extremely knowledgeable about not only the newer Ferraris but also the older generation ones. Has access to information if they don't have it immediately.
