The sales manager, Scott, also stopped by to introduce himself. He was friendly and welcoming, and even made sure we had snacks and refreshments. These are the small things that made a big difference in the overall experience. In finance, Sean was just as helpful. He was informative, kind, and even matched the same interest rate I was offered through another credit union, which I really appreciated.
