Great Service & Understanding I called for an appointment at 11 am on Monday 6th of May, and got an appointment for 2pm that same day. Unheard of in the world of business. The staf I called for an appointment at 11 am on Monday 6th of May, and got an appointment for 2pm that same day. Unheard of in the world of business. The staff that handled my call was outstanding, the Tech that handled my appointment was informed and helpful in explaining everything that was going to be done. The parts department made sure that my parts Were There waiting for me when I showed up for my appointment. All of them had less then 3 hours to get everything together for me when I showed up. Now...This is what I call Outstand Service on all levels. Part, Appointment, and Tech Service. All of this gives me reason to believe that I will get the Best Results, and Best People working on my car. More

Rip off ; diagnosis fee without making specific diagnosis. Nobody informed customer when special order parts arrived Dealer price for parts and labor are three times higher than market price !!! They replaced a sensor for no reason and problem not rectified.customer paid for nothing ! Then they replaced computer under warranty and problem rectified .They experimenting with customers hard earned money!!No rental car/ shuttle . More
