We recently had an extremely disappointing experience
with Raceway Nissan. After seeing the Honda Accord LX listed for $21,400 on their website, we called the showroom to confirm the price and inquired a

They confirmed the details, which prompted us to make the trip from Pennsylvania to New Jersey to purchase the car.
However, upon arriving at the showroom, we were shocked to discover that the billing was completely different from what was communicated over the phone. They added approximately $3,500 for "accessories," which they claimed covered a standard inspection—something no other dealer charges for in this manner. This fee was never disclosed during our prior discussions or anywhere in their listings.
Their deceptive practice of withholding the true costs upfront and luring customers to the showroom with false pricing is unacceptable. To make matters worse, while the salesperson initially agreed to waive the accessories charge, the finance manager later refused to honor this agreement.
This entire experience revealed a severe lack of coordination within their team and a blatant disregard for transparency and customer satisfaction. Such unprofessionalism is both frustrating and disappointing.
