Brought my '24 CRV in for scheduled warranty service. Also requested another check of a concern I had in the undercarriage/frame area of the vehicle. He caught a failing battery during a load test (dead cell); Honda replaced the warrantied battery, of course no charge. I am grateful for the tech's thoroughness in his work, catching the battery problem. If it is possible to recognize him for my thanks, please do so. No one wants to unexpectedly need 4 new tires, brakes etc. (especially so close to Christmas).
