Brought my '24 CRV in for scheduled warranty service. Also requested another check of a concern I had in the undercarriage/frame area of the vehicle. It was reported to me to be a non-issue, all okay. Kudos to the technician who did the work on my vehicle. He caught a failing battery during a load test (dead cell); Honda replaced the warrantied battery, of course no charge. I am grateful for the tech's thoroughness in his work, catching the battery problem. If it is possible to recognize him for my thanks, please do so. I do not know the tech's name, only an assumed possible ID no. on my invoice: #223590. Thank you. More

No one wants to unexpectedly need 4 new tires, brakes etc. (especially so close to Christmas). Kevin and the entire staff made the ordeal so much less painful by offering the benefit of their expert kno etc. (especially so close to Christmas).
