Description was a flat out lie! On 10-20-2017 I called James Bouras at Highline Group to ask about a 2008 Infiniti FX 45. One owner, 46k miles, with a price of 22k . With these miles On 10-20-2017 I called James Bouras at Highline Group to ask about a 2008 Infiniti FX 45. One owner, 46k miles, with a price of 22k . With these miles I expected it to be in very good condition, I emailed James on the 20th and asked “are there any dents , scratches etc, if so I’d like photos “ James returned my email in 10 minutes and said there are “no dents or dings”. I booked a flight from Detroit to Boston and went out 2 days later expecting to drive the car back to Michigan. The car had dozens of dents on top where someone used the roof rack, I’d say snow skis where dropped many, many times. Dents and scratches on the driver side, and one major crease around the rear wheel well. Also a screwed up front window seal that would have been obvious to my grandmother. Never buy a car from this place sight unseen, you could get screwed and be disappointed with what shows up at your house. Needless to say I left and didn’t buy the car, James actually said “ we have lots of cars, maybe anotherone would interest you”. They flat out lied to the questions I asked. BEWARE!!! Found one we were highly interested in at Highline but it needed some basic work (alignment & such) Jim advised he would get this addressed if I was genuinely interested in the purchase - said I was and on my word, he had the work done. (Have to be honest, I never expected to hear back from them given my experiences with other dealerships but he stayed true to his word but - ) 2 days later Jim called me to say the work was done; I Came back, & it drove great! - Purchased!! With three months of other dealership experiences under our belt, I can state with confidence that Highline was by far the best experience. It didn't feel like a "used car" dealership, it felt like an Audi/Benz dealership - & I was treated as such! Also, the inventory, and work they put into these cars is a step above as well - check it out. Great experience for me & I have found my new mechanics along the way here too! Thanks Jim & HIghline!!
