Jorge in service , is the best reason for continued service visits at Auto-nation Audi. Previous: My experience with this dealership in car sales was one of the worst ever, unprofessional,lack of k service visits at Auto-nation Audi. I was done with Audi Plano, the sales side almost got me in financial bind due to taking 2 1/2 months to pay off my trade! Even the sales manager made promises not yet fully kept. But Jorge in service has been prompt, professional, relatable, and a true asset to your team. Jorge went above and beyond to ensure everything was fixed,managed, and handled appropriately while never over promising and under delivering. Take care of people like Jorge in Audi service.
