Test drive the car, all is well. ..until it wasn't. 10 minutes into the drive home, the heater stopped working. I texted the associate (James, he was good). Let him know the situation and that I would get back with him if it happened the next day. On my way to work, same thing: worked for 10 minutes and then just stopped. Did I forget to mention they failed to tell me this PHEV didn't have the charging cable? "Oh yeah, we sell as-is. Don't know where the cord is". I should ave checked first, but that's still something I should have been informed about. So I show up the next day to describe the issue and was told I would have to drive it and hour north to get it looked at. Um, no I'm not. You are. He reluctantly agreed and gave me the most basic of rentals and I was told they would take it up the next day. Fast forward 3 days and I haven't heard anything. I text the main text line that multiple associates responded to when I was looking for a vehicle. Nothing. I text again. Nothing. I drive to the dealership today, 5 days later to speak to the Finance/Sale Coach that I've been dealing with through this (the one I turned my car over to to get fixed). Basic apology and says he'll try to reach out, but the Thornton tech called out sick (uh-huh), as though they have just 1. Tells me no one answered and he would get back to me. I call them, get a call back in 5 minutes. Ready for this? It was scheduled to get looked at, but was a "no-show" and now isn't scheduled until tomorrow...a week later. And that's just to get looked at. Any apology? Any making up for the extreme inconvenience that' I've dealt with? Anything? Nothing. As the title implies, 0 accountability. For the money people put down on these machines, we should be treated better. This will be taken up the ladder. More

Echo Park was pretty easy to work with. They have a comfortable waiting area. I was not thrilled about the pressure they have for adding their extra coverage. I said no the first time and they sent someone else over to ask me again and they added personal stories etc… No is no! Move on to the next part of the process if someone isn’t interested. I also found it strange that the paperwork is all prepared in a back office and the buyer is left in the lobby to wait for everything to be processed. Overall the car was great and the price was reasonable. More

James was absolutely wonderful to work with when purchasing my car. I think you should be very proud of him! He was kind, respectful, answered all of our questions, I was dreading having to buy a ne purchasing my car. I think you should be very proud of him!
