I had a 9:30 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Got there at 9:30 am and didn’t leave until nearly 12:30 pm. I was told that it would take about 1-1.5 hours to complete the service. After that hour and a half went by the service advisor should have been commuting with me about what my status was on my vehicle. I shouldn’t have to go ask them.
