Customer service and product knowledge left a lot to be desired. Details critical to being operational with an EV were glossed over, incorrect and I was left/asked to do the follow-up. It took a call ask desired. Details critical to being operational with an EV were glossed over, incorrect and I was left/asked to do the follow-up. It took a call asking for a sales manager or dealer manager to get an explanation on when (and how) charging credits would be implemented (plus two orher follow-up items.) I also had to return to the dealership a couple times for paperwork signing that wasn't requested during initial signing. There are other specifics, which I'm happy to share with the appropriate parties. More
