The service was terrible, not organized or helpful, I kept getting misinformation every week telling me my car would be done but it wast true. Could never get a hold of Logan and when I did he would say kept getting misinformation every week telling me my car would be done but it wast true. Could never get a hold of Logan and when I did he would say I’ll give you a call back and never did. Very unprofessional! I even talked to someone named Steven and he said he would help me but he couldn’t either and lied to me when he said he would get me a new advisor but didn’t. Even when my car was don’t after almost 5 weeks I went to get it and it took over 1 hour for no reason. I spoke to three people and they said they would help me but didn’t even do that. One of the same people came back to tell me my coffee was almost done, just shows how they don’t take customer care seriously. These people need to be retrained or fired I had a horrible experience just for a recall on my car. I will never be coming back and please someone fire Logan! More

I was absolutely swindled when just looking for a car. Everything was so fast paced and rushed and it left me flustered and regretting my decision. The moment i looked at a car they immediately printed ou Everything was so fast paced and rushed and it left me flustered and regretting my decision. The moment i looked at a car they immediately printed out papers for me to sign without me even looking at the numbers. The sales man pressured me into signing knowing after numerous times telling them i can’t afford it. Then when i asked to speak to the manager i think his name is Jamal.. he is a complete waste. Gave me incorrect information then quickly passed me off to someone else cause i was asking for proof of what he was saying and he couldn’t provide it. Overall, i was helped in finding a nice car but absolutely regret my decision because they did not give me what i asked for financially and now im stuck in a xxxxty contract. More

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our new Tuscon from McDonough Hyundai- Kevin was very couretous and professional- he knew the car and wasnt pushy- just wanted to help- when we returned another da from McDonough Hyundai- Kevin was very couretous and professional- he knew the car and wasnt pushy- just wanted to help- when we returned another day after test driving several vehicles, they remembered us, and the closing process was simple. Super thankful for Jamal (his mention of the local warranty was a big deal for us) and his support along with Alex and Brian-really the whole team there made it a very pleasurable experience. The day following the purchase Kevin helped us with a pairing issue which was more a lack of understanding of our own phones than the car! Whilst there he had the car polished up a bit more! Everything about the experience, and the actual center itself exemplified professionalism and courtesy. I didnt even mention the car- my wife loves it! More

The process was too lengthy, over 3 hours. The Hyundai Getaway Promotion was not being promoted by the branch. No one mentioned it but myself. The promotion serves to attract customers, that’s all, no one follows through with it. More
