We do feel there may be a misunderstanding concerning your tires. The issue with your tires was discussed with you at the time of your multi-point inspection. Our service records show that you declined the work that was needed to keep your wheels at the proper pressure. The issue of excessive wear on the inside of the tires cannot be repaired. New tires are required to properly address that problem. We apologize that the service advisor may have misunderstood your decline of service and thought it also meant not to repair the tire with the nail. We will use this experience to help educate our staff on better communication. We earnestly want to earn your trust and respect back for the service of your Infiniti and we hope you will allow us to do so. However, we appreciate the feedback as it helps us get better at what we do. We assure you that the extended wait for a credit approval in this case has nothing to do with your credit score. The vehicle you were considering was of an age and mileage that makes it harder to get approval for credit, no matter the score. Your sales professional and sales manager just wanted to get your credit application going early in the process so that it would decrease your wait time overall.
