they tried to fix my carplay and though it didn't work they tried very hard and thoroughly. Owned this car for 3 years and the carplay has always been horrible and never working properly. I will never buy a Ford again because this Ford Edge has cured me of that in fact I will buy my first foreign car because of the Edge which saddens me not supporting our country but Ford has tried fixing it so many times that I finally quit and done dealing with poor performance. Maybe you could send this to the Ford and let them know. I was told by a coworker not to buy a Ford Edge she was having huge issues with hers and she was spot on and should have listened to her. More

My experience was extremely positive. I had a time sensitive problem with my vehicle and Laura and Jake were absolutely fabulous. December 2024, I purchased my brand new F350 (different dealership). Both batteries in the truck have died twice (absolute zero charge on both batteries) the first time in the Spring of 2025, the secon dealership). Both batteries in the truck have died twice (absolute zero charge on both batteries) the first time in the Spring of 2025, the second time in December 2025. Washington Ford recharged them in the Spring. The second time, this December, they replaced one under warranty, had to pay for the other one. If both batteries have died twice in a truck that's one year old, they both should have been replaced free of charge. I also waited several days for them to return my calls. More
