Right before Xmas I bought a new 2025 car. 5 days later I had a warning emissions light come on. A lot of stress and uncertainty and the sales rep and all mgmt pretty much ignored me to help e 5 days later I had a warning emissions light come on. I had made a previous negative review thinking that I was up charged on the vehicle last minute. After going over the contracts I had realized that I was wrong. They had given me the price that I wanted and up charged on the vehicle last minute. After going over the contracts I had realized that I was wrong. They had given me the price that I wanted and my experience was good, I was frustrated because I thought I was up charged however that was not the case. Another good note is when I left the bad review they had reached out to me almost instantly to try and resolve the issue. More
