I rated my salesman 3 stars because there were things he was not versed on, such as wireless Apple Car Play was intentionally removed in my particular model. After several trips back to the dealership I was was not versed on, such as wireless Apple Car Play was intentionally removed in my particular model. After several trips back to the dealership I was able to confirm the issue (its removal) myself. I was told he was new, so I could cut him slack there, but I was told by Jake (sales manager) that within a day or so I would receive a call from Angelo (my salesman) to follow up on my purchase/satisfaction. I never received that call. I did however receive a call from Jake, as promised. He went as far as to attempt to help me with the lack of Car Play issue. The finance guy (sorry, I’m not good with names) was professional, friendly, and knew what he was doing as did the woman who was in the room with us as I signed the paperwork. Would I go back to Bennett? I’m uncertain at this point. I’ll see how my service appointments and any issues that may arise are handled. More
