Copied from my review on another website as I got an email to rate my service on multiple sites: Took vehicle in for basic service and recall, and got it back in worse physical condition. Service d email to rate my service on multiple sites: Took vehicle in for basic service and recall, and got it back in worse physical condition. Service department detailed replacing condenser for ac but did not replace broken clips on trim while removing front bumper. Passenger trim flew off and hit car behind me when pulling into the freeway. Had cabin air filter replaced. Service technician on dash cam complained how terrible they are to replace and does not put strap back on, causing glove compartment to slam down instead of come out gradually. Did not tighten plastic engine cover bolt causing washer to make noise while driving (obviously minor issue, but no attention to detail) - told me there were only clips on the cover when I returned to explain issues, so I had to show them the bolt. "No step" trim showed new signs of wear/bending , stated they didn't believe it was caused by them. To be fair, after taking it back and explaining the issues, they did correct their mistakes and replaced trim, fixed the glove compartment, tightened the bolt, and replaced the no step (and explained again that it was a courtesy as they didn't think that specific issue was caused by them). Cost about $100 extra in transportation fees and lost time as I was without a vehicle for an extra day while they corrected their mistakes. Although these are minor issues, it makes me question the integrity of the other work that was performed (as I ideally shouldn't have to check their work) More
