Cars have always been my passion. Whether it is building, fixing, driving, or just watching them on my favorite TV shows, cars are my life. I am a native Vermonter, now living in Grand Isle. In my free time you can usually find me taking my car for a drive, or playing with my sweet Rottweiler, Izzie. My first car I owned myself was a broken 1985 Corvette that I spent a year rebuilding. That experience set me off on a career following my passion. I love helping people find the perfect fit, and do my best to make the whole process as easy as possible. My recent car buying experience at Heritage Ford was a complete nightmare, marked by deceitful practices that left me feeling betrayed and frustrated. What started as a routine test drive and seemingly st complete nightmare, marked by deceitful practices that left me feeling betrayed and frustrated. What started as a routine test drive and seemingly straightforward transaction turned into a distressing situation that I never thought I would encounter. This was the second vehicle I purchased in 18 months from Heritage Ford and will be the last. The test drive went smoothly, and I decided to move forward with the purchase. Little did I know that this decision would lead to an unsettling revelation. After signing the paperwork and eagerly anticipating driving off with my new car, I was taken aback when I was presented with a similar vehicle with slight differences. The car handed over to me had noticeable damage and was not the vehicle I test drove. The damage, though slight, was significant enough to raise concerns about the dealership's integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. It left me wondering if this was a deliberate attempt to pass off a compromised vehicle, assuming I wouldn't notice or care about the difference. The undisclosed damage included dings on the back of the vehicle that were easily noticeable to the eye. The damage was so great that I was advised the dealership would paint the back of the vehicle in the near future. No one should have to endure the disappointment and frustration that comes with being provided with a different, damaged vehicle after signing on the dotted line. Ultimately, after complaining to management and signing additional paperwork I was sold a similar car with no damage. More

Buying my new ford bronco sport was the easiest and most delightful experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Jake was knowledgeable, personable, and helpful throughout the process. Theresa was excell delightful experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Jake was knowledgeable, personable, and helpful throughout the process. Theresa was excellent at explaining all of the details and did not pressure me into anything I was not interested in. Heritage Ford and their employees are honest, fair, and professional. I cannot imagine going to another dealership after the excellent customer service I received at Heritage Ford. More

Price on the van was fair, and we were allowed to go over it as much as we needed and wanted. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that we could leave with the car the same day even though we were from neighboring New York state. Completed the entire transaction timely and left very happy. We would recommend both Jake and this dealership to anyone looking for a good car at a great price with spectacular customer service. Thanks for everything. More

I was on my way to another dealership to buy a car when I impulsively pulled in to the Ford dealership- I was curious to see for myself what the American cars were up to after not owning one for 40 years. I went in to look and I ended up driving a new 2023 Bronco Sport home- Jake was an awesome person to work with, very knowledgeable, relatable not your typical sales person (A quality that I liked)- Trust me just go see Jake and you'll know what I mean.
