I bought the VinFast V8 plus from Jacob’s Mitsubishi New Port Richey. The car from first day has issues makes noise at the rear wheels there front left window. I went Saturday. They supposed to fix my car and they left me without the car for four days. I called VinFast of US pick up the worst service ever. The agent said I don’t know because my manager is not here what you have to do with your transportation on Monday evening he called me and he said we can pay a a rental car for you, but if you understand, it was late because the next day evening, my son went there to take the car when we receive that. They didn’t fix the Spencer on interior wheels and also the door on the front who had issue it doesn’t open from inside. The worst dealer in the area.. Stay away from them... More

I called them to make an appointment for check that in service since one week they didn't answer to me. After a lot of calls they try to send me to another dealer who shaid that he is not available to check my car . I called them again and they said to me we can do that now but after three weeks.
