I have no issues with the work done, but it took 2. 5 hours to complete my oil change, even though I had an 8 am appointment, and they said it would take 45 min to an hour. Maybe a little better communication between everyone would have been nice. We were told to come get the truck, it was ready. We drove 3 hours to the dealership and it wasn’t even close to being ready. T would have been nice. We were told to come get the truck, it was ready.
