Terrible prep of the vehicle. Saw an oil leak from the pan and turns out the teach used the wrong washer and didn’t tighten the plug appropriately or the filter housing. I’d like to be reimbursed for this. More

I cannot recommend Nissan of Fort Myers highly enough! ! The vibe of this dealership is unlike any other; everyone working here seems so happy! And they are all so personable! Thomas was amazing in find ! The vibe of this dealership is unlike any other; everyone working here seems so happy! And they are all so personable! Thomas was amazing in finding us the perfect car; he listens and asks questions and then gets to work! Nicole was wonderful in keeping us informed of the inventory and Jonathan was excellent with explaining everything regarding the financing and with answering our questions. But honestly, the entire staff seemed willing to help in any way they could... from the manager greeting us in the parking lot the first time out to Jamie answering a few questions we came up with on the way out to our car. Again, the nicest staff ever!! I 1000% recommend Nissan of Fort Myers!! More
