Mark medeiros is my name I went to Thunder for help over a brake switch. My service advisor’s name was Jason L not to waste anybody’s time he straight up, got in my face threaten me. The service manager was there watch the whole thing did not intervene. i’m 42 a disabled veteran I asked for very little help and I was horrifically bullied by this man name Jason and the service manager.
