Just bought a beautiful Honda Civic from Manly Honda and I have to say that it was the best experience ever. Within minutes of arriving in their lot a gentleman named Jaime came to talk to us. His professio I have to say that it was the best experience ever. Within minutes of arriving in their lot a gentleman named Jaime came to talk to us. His professionalism and knowledge of the cars on the lot was beyond superb. He was so pleasant to talk to and also very patient since we were not sure what kind of car we really wanted and took our time. Once we narrowed it down to the one we wanted Jaime took us into the office and truly treated us like VIPs. Before we knew it all paperwork was completed and we had a beautiful new car. Bonus,,, Many (the finance officer at the dealer, called me the next day and told me he had been able to get me an even better rate than before. In all, if you're looking for a new Honda, go see Jaime and Many at Manly Honda! You won't regret it. More

Hyundai Review I purchased a used 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe on Monday, June 2nd, 2025, and it has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I was promised the car would be fully deta on Monday, June 2nd, 2025, and it has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I was promised the car would be fully detailed and leave the dealership looking perfect. That never happened. I waited one week, nothing. Two weeks, still no contact. Despite me reaching out multiple times, Jaime, the salesperson, never once returned my call, provided an update or followed up. Finally, I was told to bring the car in for a detail on Friday, June 13th. I was given a rental, but then told later that day was told they didn’t have time to do the work. I had to again take time out of my day, return the rental, pick up my car, completely wasting my time. They also claimed someone tried to contact me to schedule, but I received no call, no voicemail, no message. On that same Friday, I finally got a call and scheduled the detail for Monday, June 16th, exactly three weeks after I bought the car. I dropped it off at 9 am, and once again, I heard nothing all day. I showed up at 5:30 p.m. to find my car done, but still with clear issues, smudges all over the speedometer, fingerprints on the rear door. I asked to speak to the general manager, who was “unavailable,” and instead met with Tom, who promised that the head detailer would come to me, leave a rental, and fix the missed areas. That follow-up? Never happened. And to make it worse, the service staff I interacted with that day were incredibly dismissive and cold. The person assisting with the rental couldn’t even be bothered to be polite. It was clear they didn’t care how frustrated I was. The only two people who showed kindness and professionalism was Ben in their finance department and the sales manager Ehab. They seemed to be the only ones to care about the customer experience. Bottom line, Hyundai was attentive until they got the sale. After that, the follow through was nonexistent. It was disorganized, careless, and flat out disrespectful. I will never return to this dealership, and I highly suggest anyone thinking of buying from them thinks twice. More
