I was in So Cal due to a death in the family, I live in New Mexico. I dropped my Pathfinder off for an oil change and an alignment (the vehicle was wobbly on the road). Nissan charged me $764.91 but, it tu New Mexico. I dropped my Pathfinder off for an oil change and an alignment (the vehicle was wobbly on the road). Nissan charged me $764.91 but, it turns out I needed new tire, which they did not recommend! The employees were great, just lacking in experience I guess. Yes, I ended up on the side of Hwy 10 in Arizona, due to my tires. I would love a refund of either their alignment or the 2nd alignment i had to get after the tires were replaced. More

I've been a loyal customer at this Nissan location for one reason: Jahan. His exceptional service and dedication have completely solidified my loyalty to both him and this dealership. I truly believe no one else could provide the level of care, attention, and professionalism that Jahan consistently offers. Every time I come in for service, Jahan goes above and beyond, treating me like family and ensuring all my needs are met. Jahan's personal touch and expertise have built such a strong relationship that even if I moved away, I would still return to this Nissan, just to be serviced by him. He deserves the highest praise for the way he treats his customers, always putting them first and making sure they leave completely satisfied. It’s rare to find someone who not only knows cars but genuinely cares about the people driving them. Nissan is lucky to have him, and I’m lucky to have found such a trustworthy and talented service advisor. Thank you, Jahan, for making every visit exceptional! More
