I would not recommend this dealership to any perspective vehicle buyer. They would pressure you into buying an inflated maintenance agreement. We confronted them about it and they quickly reduced their agr vehicle buyer. They would pressure you into buying an inflated maintenance agreement. We confronted them about it and they quickly reduced their agreement by $2400. Why charge an inflated amount in the first place? They did not tell us the breakdown of what these agreements would cover. We decided we would cancel the agreement and now they tell us that $781 was non-refundable. They hid this fact when they were pressuring us into buying the agreement. Okay, the $781 supposedly would cover a few things such as windshield, we were told. A few days later, I went back because I discovered a chip in my windshield and they said the the coverage is only to repair chips and if came to replacing the windshield, that is not be covered. I would say we were taken for a ride and we would not wish for this to happen to you! More

Do not buy from this dealership. They failed to explain all warranty exclusions when my daughter, a first time buyer, bought her upgraded Honda CRV 2022 on black Friday 2021. For no reason at all whatsoev all warranty exclusions when my daughter, a first time buyer, bought her upgraded Honda CRV 2022 on black Friday 2021. For no reason at all whatsoever her windshield cracked. Apparently, it has "Nano Cure" technology that senses when the driver needs to break. When she was sold the warranties they failed to tell her that a new replacement windshield would cost over 1400 bucks. They denied my daughter's window replacement claim because she did not purchase the Nano Cure Warranty. Again, they failed to her about it.. She would have bought it if she was told about how much it would cost to replace the front window. Do not buy from them!! More
