I have been leasing cars for over 27 years and I can honestly say this was the best experience I have ever had. They found the perfect car for me and gave me the best trade-in offer I have ever received. It felt like they cared more about building a relationship than just making a deal. If you are in the market for a car, I can't recommend this dealership enough. A+ or 1000+ in every way! The genuine friendliness of everyone at Volvo Cars of Queens, the honesty, the patience (my English, hesitations, doubts, explaining to my sons...), the professionalism, the desire to choose the best car for me - my needs, explaining every little detail (I have been driving Volvo for 4 years and many details have never been explained to me ). I recently purchased a Volvo from the Volvo of Queens dealership and I couldn't be happier with the process. From start to finish, everything went smoothly and efficiently. Was a smooth drop off and pick up experience. Unfortunately, there was no communication and my car was there for over five hours. I received an email stating I needed an alignment and I would rec Unfortunately, there was no communication and my car was there for over five hours. I received an email stating I needed an alignment and I would receive a call however I never did and by the time I called myself, they said they were unable to perform it. Was definitely not a great experience and because of this now I have to go back again to have an alignment performed after spending my entire day waiting for my car. More
