Service was great. Follow up on a paint issue was not. Review of Gettel advantage should be reviewed with all new service techs. Follow up on a paint issue was not. Review of Gettel advantage should be reviewed with all new service techs. More

They were very thorough with my oil change and tire rotation. They also topped off my transmission fluid that I didn't even know was low. Courteous staff, very nice waiting area as well. rotation. Worst service experience I’ve experienced at a dealership. I brought my truck in to set up an appointment to have my driver mirror replaced on 5/28. The guy I spoke with told me it would take 2 we dealership. I brought my truck in to set up an appointment to have my driver mirror replaced on 5/28. The guy I spoke with told me it would take 2 weeks to get he mirror in then he’d call to set an appointment up to drop the truck off. Over a month went by and I heard nothing so I gave them a call. The guy I dealt with no longer worked there. The person said the mirror was in so we set an appointment. I dropped the truck off in the morning and it was supposed to be completed by the afternoon. 3:30 I get a call from the new guy I was dealing with saying that they didn’t get much done. I asked well what did you get done. He then told me they got nothing done. A little aggravated at this point I told him I would drop the vehicle off that up coming Wednesday because I was going out of town so they could have it a few days. When I dropped it off the guy I was working with also quit. Now I was dealing with a new service rep. I called when I returned that Saturday morning to see if I could pick my truck up since I had not heard from them. I was told by the lady who answered the phone said she would have to have someone call me back that day because she didn’t know. No call back. I called Monday again to see if my truck was ready and again the same, someone answered the phone and could not give me any answers and said I would get a call back that day. At this point I was aggravated once again and told her that if I didn’t receive a call back that I’d be there in person and I’d be a pissed off customer. I received a text from the service rep about 10 mins later stating my truck was completed on Friday and she was sorry none of her colleagues informed me. Ok, great! Go to pick up the truck and they said I owed an additional $208. I pre paid the labor and material before they even ordered the part. Aggravated yet again I asked how do I owe an additional amount when I had to pay up front in order for you to order the part. She said she needed to speak to her supervisor. She came back and told me I owe nothing and that the first guy I dealt with never added it in the notes. So in conclusion the people there are clueless but they are nice. They’re clueless because whoever is in charge of that dept is clueless. It’s not their fault. You can definitely tell that the department head has no clue what they are doing and there is very minimal training for the staff. The fact that 2 out of the 3 service reps I dealt with walked off the job in such a short period tells me it’s not a very well organized and people aren’t happy. I’d encourage the GM to try to find someone capable of running that dept efficiently. Since I’ve first ordered the part they’ve sent me many solicitations about buying a vehicle. I would never in a million years buy a vehicle there let alone take a vehicle back there for service. That place is chaos. More
