Initially I was happy with my purchase but of course since I have left the lot, the salesman has ghosted me. The tint is bubbling up on our vehicle that was less than 30 days old and in the first email since I have left the lot, the salesman has ghosted me. The tint is bubbling up on our vehicle that was less than 30 days old and in the first email from Justin (which I had to follow up on) tells me it isn’t covered and will talk to his manager. I sent another follow-up with no reply. I drove 97 miles to this dealership and I am regretting every minute of it. They won’t take care of you after you leave so why spend your money here. The only reason I am giving two stars is the actual process itself was relatively painless and I got what I wanted on my trade-in. Otherwise, will never come back here again. More

I thought we were done with "market adjustments. " Pricing on an Ioniq 5 Disney Edition conveniently omitted the $6,995 "market adjustment." I really am not concerned that it is one of 850 built; a " Pricing on an Ioniq 5 Disney Edition conveniently omitted the $6,995 "market adjustment." I really am not concerned that it is one of 850 built; another Hyundai dealer tried this on me during COVID and it wouldn't fly then - and it will not fly now..........buyer beware! Not sure I will give this dealer my business. Jacob was a good salesman - I know he is just telling me what his manager(s) are telling him. More
