Worked with Jacob on the purchase of a new Tahoe RST, they have a great environment, were excellent to work with, and was treated very fairly through the entire process. I was looking forward to purchasing an F-150 from these folks. Problem was, when I went for the test drive, the check engine light was on. When we got back from the test drive, the sales rep asked if we folks. Problem was, when I went for the test drive, the check engine light was on. When we got back from the test drive, the sales rep asked if we noticed it. There was another electrical issue as well we let them know about. I was then informed since the truck was still under factory warranty, all I had to do was take it to a Ford dealership to get fixed. I'm sorry but if you are trying to sell me a $65k vehicle, I should not have to take it to the brand's dealership for repairs as soon as I drive it off the lot. The sales rep didn't seem to understand why I took issue with this. Highly disappointing from a 5-star rated dealership. I'd stay away. I ended up buying new instead. More
