I signed on a car with hail damage under the agreement that the damage would be fixed. A few days later after I signed, I got a call saying that the mechanic found that the hail damage could cause mechani that the damage would be fixed. A few days later after I signed, I got a call saying that the mechanic found that the hail damage could cause mechanical issues. I never received my paperwork, as the flash drive I was given did not work. I asked for someone to call me explaining what issues they found with the car and no one ever told me. I have tried to give the Brandon Tomes staff the benefit of the doubt, but at this point I am seriously wondering if there actually was nothing found by the mechanic, and it was just going to cost more than they thought to fix it. I spent all day working on this deal, and to have it canceled with no apology or detailed explanation was unacceptable and very disappointing. More
