We had a pleasant experience at Huntington Beach Ford. The dealership is not local to our home, but it had the vehicle (color and trim) that we were interested in buying, so we made the drive there. The truck we were interested in buying was on the lot and ready to test drive. Jacob Peabody was knowledgeable about the 2024 Maverick Hybrid Lariat, and we had a pleasant test drive. Jacob gave us time to discuss the truck privately, without any high pressure sales tactics, which was appreciated. Jacob kept us aprised on the progress/status as we proceeded through the purchasing process. The Maverick was ready to roll when our paperwork was complete. Jacob went over the instrumenation prior to me driving off the lot, which was appreciated. Our experience with Lennon Gomez, in the Finance department, was great, too.
